Omega VRT350X Factory Certified Reconditioned Heavy Duty Dual-Stage Vertical Single Auger Low Speed Juicer VRT350 - VRT350HD

bought it refurbished - great savings
ok, i have to say , i had a centrifugal juicer and i thougt it was ok .. and then i heard a lot of good things about masticating juicers.. so i did some research and i think the best reviews/price suggested the omega vrt 350 with heavy duty (HD) screen.... i got it thinking it would at least be as good as my previous juicer... all i can say is WOW! i heard reviews where people said the juice tasted better, but you have no idea until you actually try it ! after the first drink, i was like, "hold up" maybe i'm just letting the reviews i read bias me.. so i took another drink... WOW! really - the taste of the juice is incredible! its completely different from a centrifugal juicer.. totally worth the purchase price, and easy to clean too - for this particular juicer, the tradeoff was between price, physical footprint, quietness and speed of operation, clean up, juice taste/production and prep work.... while some aspects don't perform as well as a centrifugal juicer.. in total - it is way...

nice juicer.....best price going!
I did lots of research and this is by far the best price for this juicer and I can't speak highly enough of the seller who answered several questions regarding warranty, etc. after I made the purchase but before I got the juicer. And I got it in TWO days after ordering! You'd be awfully hard pressed to tell this machine from brand new, from the machine itself to the packaging. Everything was just perfect without a hint of scratches or any other signs of previous use. As I have owned, and still own, several juicers, I think I can comment with some experience. I knew it wasn't going to be fast like a centrifugal, but what I didn't realize is that I wouldn't mind that aspect nearly as much as I thought I might. While the juicer is gnawing through a carrot, or whatever, I can cut up the next piece or two readying it for the juicer. It's a much more relaxed process and definitely much quieter. I really didn't mind the speed of the process, or the fact that the produce requires more cutting...

Fantastic
I received the juicer few days ago and I am very pleased with the product. Green juices are very easy to prepare as long as you cut them is small parts (to avoid clogging the mechanism ejecting the fiber). Recommendation is to avoid seeds. Cleaning is relatively easy. The juice is indeed very different from the one obtained with centrifugal juicers (even in stores) and conserves well for 1-2 days after you made it.
The machine I got is factory certified, and it looks like new to me, so saving some money was a good aspect of this purchase too.
Highly recommended. (PS: I am juicing about twice a day and I prepare overall almost 2 qts a day).
